You all know what I am talking about. It's not something that you can really explain to someone that is not dying.

And then there is the trying to apologize. Not really possible.

I guess sometimes you just gotta blow.

I am working with several groups to explain how to communicate with us. Don't ask how I am feeling.....I am dying! I flew back recently and had a lovely airport conversation with a female Rabbi. She asks "What can I do for you today?' I thought that was pretty cool. but we are the only ones who truly understand this demon.
