I was told that I can use my Medicare for either one of these machine but which is better, which one has the best customer service? The questions seems so simple yet so complicated any help would be appreciated.

I had a choice between the DynaVox Vmax+ and the Tobii. I chose the DynaVox Vmax+ because my local ALS Association has a technology person on staff and she is more familiar with that product. Also, DynaVox has a bigger market share.
