While I have not lost additional strength in my legs or arms, I am experiencing more pronounced spacicity. Initially I overdid it on the Baclofin and found myself feeling fuzzy and diminished in clarity and mood.
For the past week, I have slowly taken less Baclofin, but am now seeing quite a bit more spacicity in my legs and sensing it throughout my body. Strength is still ok and the dropped foot symptom is still only on my one leg. Looks like I will need to continue fine tuning the Baclofin dosage.
So; I am writing to ask my fellow PALS, should I be concerned as I try to get a handle on how fast things are progressing for me? Does increased spacicity also mean correspondingly more progression of the disease?
