anybody heard of herbs that help with als like something that takes bad toxins out of are bodies

I have been taking magnesium chloride for the past several months, and it seems to have helped some. It's suppose to take toxins out of your system, and do some other stuff! I also have been taking approximately 8 tablespoons of organic coconut oil for the past 3 months. This stuff has given my feeling back in my right leg, which had felt like it was not part of me any more. However, the leg is still very weak so I am starting to do some additional exercises to try to strengthen several muscles in my upper leg.

Note: The coconut oil apparently has potential benefits for people with neurodegernerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and maybe even ALS!

Good luck, and KEEP THE FAITH
