Thickeners

Just want to share with everybody a thickener that I found. "Simply thick" it's a gel based thickener. There is no graininess, cloudiness or aftertaste. . The pre-measured packets allow for fast and easy preparation of beverages(both hot and cold). Each individual packet is designed to thicken 4oz. I use this product, and it is superior in all ways to the powdered product. Even Pepsi isn't bad with SimplyThick in it. Of course, adding any of the thickeners flattens any soda product. Tea and coffee are much better, and it has no taste that I can discern.
