I was asked to pass this along. ALSA National is doing a series of free teleconferences for PALS and CALS on the topic of assistive technology. Every other month, they will feature a different speaker talking about issues like communication, computer access, etc...

One of the most important aspects of providing a wheelchair for an individual with ALS is to design a system that will ensure comfort, postural stability and suitable access to chair controls. This webinar will discuss strategies and questions related to prescribing or making changes to the wheelchair.
