Happy 4th of July everyone. It has been a very wet and dreary weekend here in central Illinois where I live. They were supposed to have fireworks at our local lake last night but they got postponed until the 9th now instead. They still plan on have the annual in town fireworks tonight if it doesn't start raining again. It's also pretty cold here too.

I saw the fireworks from the speedway (it's only a couple of miles north of me.) NASCAR does a good job with fireworks and I can see them from my back porch. Tonight I hear them all around but can't see where they're coming from. They have a nice display at the beach but I passed on it this year.
