Quick question, currently struggling with the concept of someone looking after finances of someone who was previously granted power of attorney. Even though me and my brother no longer live in the same home (he had violent tendencies due to his disability) I am still concerned about him and taking care of his money. Is there a way that I could approach this/discuss this that would make sense? Do we have any legal recourse?
Anyone work with Disabilitybenefitshelp dot org before?
