Changing of User Names?

I have noticed very similiar postings that appear to be coming from the same person. The age is the same on their profiles and where they live. Their questions and symptoms are almost identical and they keep opening new threads that basically ask the same thing. Are Mike 22 and Very Scared 3303 the same person?
