Canned is just pumpkin. Nothing else. My canned ones actually came out better then the ones with fresh pumpkin.
(Less stringy). Pumpkin cheese cake ...pumpkin and cream cheese log. I love this time of year.

You can't buy canned pumpkin here. I've been running the real thing through a blender for 15 years so we can have pumpkin pies. It's not too stringy.
