strange sympthoms with ALS

Hi everyone, I truly hope all the best to all of you and families.

First sorry for my bad English

I have the beginning symptoms of ALS about 6 months before , and diagnosed with ALS 1 months ago by EMG when I visited my neurologist (UMN and LMN he said). My scores ALSFRS-R is 46, only right hand/ arm weakness and a little atrophy…. now have a feeling something strange with right foot.

In 3 recent days, in the afternoon time I always have a heavy seizure (or ‘heavy cramp’ I dont what is in English ) in whole my body (something like Epileptic seizure or Malaria or suddenly get serious cold) within about 15 minutes and get fever ~39oC afterward, and stop within 2-3 hours

My health is not good as 3-4 weeks ago when I still do few short runs

What is disease for this sympthoms ? anyone ever hear about this ??

We do ALS, not guesswork on malarial symptoms.

As Greg says, you will want to consult with your own doctor, but since ALS can strain the metabolism in early stages more than recognized, I would be sure you are getting enough energy in food, and liquid in drinking.
