Good morning. I am in that in between phase where my diagnosis could go either way. All preliminary tests do not look positive for a good long term outlook so it's important that I begin some planning for myself and my family prior to my upcoming trip to my neuromuscular specialist and possible diagnosis. So far, I have visited my insurance agent and applied for an additional life policy as well as long term care. I have an appointment to review with my attorney my power of attorney and care plans, etc. any other thoughts on things that should be addressed now before I have a diagnosis on my medical record?
