Lost Her my best friend and wife Sandy

I guess I have to change my name on this forum from caregiver1 to she-is-gone. I am so sad, life is so empty. I thought while the hardest days going on "I could not bear it". Now I wish I had those days back and she was with us .

So sorry for your loss. Knowing words fall short in times like these. Lost my sister to this beast. Missed taking care of her after she passed. Emptiness in the day that was void that was filled with caring for her and interacting with her...then she was gone. Granted she was my sister and not a spouse, but the emptiness is painful. My prayers go out to you.
