I am sorry to hear that your mother is having a fast progression. I on the other hand are fairly slow, they think i have PLS though which would explain it, (sometimies i wonder though as every week there is somthing else i either cannot do or it takes longer to do)
I think re equipment access in Aus is fairly good compared with USA as it seems what ever the community health or MND ass. or such departments think I need they come up with, eg walker, work in the bathroom, PWC, Lightwriter, (i dont need the last 2 just yet but i guess i will).
