I Have two daughters one of them is fixing the ham and devil eggs the other one is doing the vegetables and my husband is doing the deserts. When I cooked they would get onto me for making to many deserts. My granddaughter is 19 she wants to make a red velvet cake. I've never made one Jack will do the rest of deserts.
You need one of those wheelchairs you can push and sit down in when you need to rest. Enjoy every thing while you can and keep a positive attitude.

Ah, Sprrrrring! I love this time of year. We're trying to figure out what we're going to do for Easter yet. Most likely the church we go to. Brad wanted to go to Sunrise Service at Red Rocks which is an outdoor amphitheater in the mountains but the hike to the amphitheater would be too much for me. It was hard when I was "normal". Now impossible!
I'll try to take care of myself, and have a good attitude, and not lose weight. I do appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Yesterday we went for a long ride the dogwood here is beautiful and so or the iris. It was nice getting out . With me, I noticed my mouth was going down to meet my hands. I couldn't get clothes out of the closet.
I hope yours go very very slowly. I will tell you don't loose weight and you will do better. If you loose weight you loose muscle I lost 20 lbs. Also I went as organic as I could another lady here was diagnosed one month before she did not she was 37 at the time. Today we are pretty much the same. Except she has a peg tube. Also when I sit in my chair I sit with my hands and fingers straight, she did not and hers is curled in and she can't get them straight. I was dx 01-03-07 I Can still talk I feel great no pain, my arms are useless I can't walk I do still use my feet for operating my chair and my computer.

It's been a sort of lazy day here. I don't really know how my "pace" is yet. I noticed weakness in my right hand a couple years ago but didn't worry about it much. I've always been pretty healthy. Then last summer I noticed weakness in my lower legs. It's noticably worse now. I always walk kind of stiff like now. People ask me why I'm limping. My right hand is a lot weaker and no desterity and my left hand is showing weakness too. So, It's progressing. Not sure how this is going to go.
    How was your ride?

I have never been on here before. Not sure how it works. Having a blast also, who could ask for more. There is someone to feed me, take me to the bathroom, give me a shower it reminds me of the movies were they lay around and someone is feeding them grapes or something. Hope you guys are going at a slow pace with this. It amazes me that after all this time they still tell you nothing except how your breathing is and we already know all about that. Going for a ride today. Hope you guys are doing good.
