    Hello Bob,

I want to thank you again for offering that I can send you PM's. I am not exacting sure HOW to on this site (I see where I can post on your wall, so I am doing so here) If you could be so kind, whenever you have the time, please send me a PM to start.

Thank you again and I look forward to hearing from you.

    GOD bless you.

Thank You for your reply. I appreciate it :). Does it leave you unable to finish stretching because of the pain?

    Thank You.

    Hey Bob S,

Thank You for your reply to My Thread Post. Just so I know I understand, do you stretching cramps come when you stretch then as soon as you relax your muscle from the stretching position it goes? Or do you stretch, release and then it triggers Cramps?

    Thank You
