Question Walker?

I just went to get a walker but I was turned down. I had gotten a simple aluminum walker two years ago when I had prostate cancer. Now I need a fancy walker because of ALS.

The rational behind the refusal was that I can only have a walker every 5 years? I'm confused. Is there an answer for that?

Yes there is Gary. Call your local ALSA or MDA chapter. They have loaner equipment. You can find them at www.alsa.org and look at the In Your Community section.
