Sorry for your diagnosis. It is new? Was it changed from something else? Just curious as your profile say dx date 10/2014. But you are welcome here either way

I think there might be one or two people with PMA here but they tend to hang out on the ALS threads so feel free to join in

Hi Nikki

Yes, my dx was originally "some form of MND" back in 10/2014. Then last month, my doctor, Peter Donofrio at Vanderbilt Medical University, retested the EMG and reflexes and decided that I had Progressive Muscular Atrophy. This all started in 2012 with foot drop.
