There isn't any medication that can help.

The best thing to do is keep your weight up, get plenty of sleep and avoid stress. That is more help than any known medication.

You can't discount Rilutek. I know we've had lots of discussion about it but maybe it's kept me going 6 years. Lots of pro's and cons for it. Now if you were asking about supplements you buy on the internet, none of them will cure, slow or reverse symptoms. A lot of people use vit C, CoQ10, Vit E and a bunch of others that can be found using the search feature above. No one makes any false claims but it seems like a lot use them. Who knows if it helps but it can't hurt.
