Olly and all,
I think back to a couple of years before all this stuff, and I had the urine urgency thing going on, and now that I think about it, goodness I can take it back to 10 years ago.. Wow. I remeber they could never figure it out, looking back think it all had to do with neuro-muscular spasms, now it is funny, it all make's such sense..

No, I can't say I have heard of one, the portable thing. I also plan when going out,like not drinking anything at least one hour before leaving the house. Going to the bathroom before leaving, even tho I don't feel the need. Also, I don't stop by starbucks until I am on the way home.
