I don't really get a "spinning" feeling, I just get an off balance or feeling like I'm being pushed over and my legs can not really reposition quick enough to keep me from stumbling. Really like a feeling of too much to drink and the reaction time in the legs are a little sluggish. But, not really the feeling like the room is spinning.

Default Vertigo

Hello Michelle, my husband has been dx with PLS but he does have bouts of Vertigo. Sometimes we blame it on allergies but with a balance problem also Vertigo can be a big problem too. Vertigo will cause that spinning feeling if you turn your head from left to right or you bend over, the PLS gives a different feeling. Hang in there and hang on to something lol. Dr. gives my husband meds for the vertigo and will take up to two days for it to pass. Take care! Gracie

Had it Had it Had it . Its not related to PLS but everything we get we think PLS another symptom . Get your Doc. to give you Meclizine ? sp. ? or antivert . Not fun along with PLS . Geo

Might also be low blood sugar. See your primary care physician and have that checked.

michelle, are you on any new meds, alot of the normal side effects of all these meds is dizziness .....I was having bouts of vertigo and tinnitius, my nuero sent me to ENT specialist and he did a MRI of my brainstem to see if something was causing it. It came back fine but my vertigo has passed as well.
