I had a sudden fall, during which I blacked out very briefly, What a mess!

'Went to rehab for a week and have regained my ability to speak, but have a long way to go before I can walk again.

Dear Anne and everyone else.... I've said it before and I'll say it again... If you are at risk of falling, whether it be with a walker or not, the key is to concentrate and focus 100% of your brain on each and every step! Think about nothing else!

Oh Anne, that's not good news!

I'm glad you are able to communicate.

Oh Anne, that's not good! Thank goodness you can speak again--here's hoping the walking comes back soon.

It's pretty sad that in some ways you PALS are safer once you stop walking--just one more of the unbelievable twists this disease takes.
