My wife ran across some conversation on a trial medicine for ALS and PD called GM604. I Googled it and found it very interesting (and promising). Has anyone in this forum had any experience with this stuff? Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks, Tractor Boy

Thanks for the info Nikki... I'm rather new here and I think my thread review are directed towards discussions on PLS rather than ALS. I'm sure my other PLS'rs take great interest.

Thanks again, TB

Tractor Boy let me save you some time in future inquiries, as your post count tags you as a newbie.

Most "things" have previously been discussed, to find these discussions use the Search function found at the top of the page.
Just drop your keyword in the box and hit "go".

To see if there have been previous threads devoted to a given topic, hit the same Search link and choose Advanced Search. Drop your search term into the keywords box, select "Search Titles Only" from the drop down below the keyword box, then hit The Search Now button at the bottom.

Hi Greg, I'm not real computer savvy and appreciate your suggestions. I'm using a crappy little Android tablets and it gets very weird when trying to execute certain functions (like search). I recently bought a new Toshiba laptop but having problems with it. Plus I hate touch pads and need a mouse. The new Windows products have me totally screwed up, can't even create a shortcut. Bare with me. Thanks, TB

Hi TB. I think you folks with PLS have some specific issues and as new member concentrating on this area makes sense but after you catch up browsing some of the other subforums will probably be of interest as many issues are the same and of course the research section is probably of interest. Btw there is a study of pls at NIH in MD if you can travel ( they pay expenses). The study doctor is one of the top specialists in pls
