HEAT! Ugh!

Does the heat affect anyone else the way it's affecting me? I'm just wiped out! From nothing! All I want is ice and air conditioning! ( we have window units in the bedrooms - but I want central air)

What else can I do?

Being over heated causes me to wipe out too. We are having an unusually hot summer in Alaska. Lucky for me I was able to escape to Vancouver for a week where it has been overcast and sometimes rainy. But with perfect temps. All I van suggest is go to places to cool off if your able too. We don't have air conditioners in Alaska unless you go to the movies or malls.

Very hot weather is as bad as very cold weather on PALS.
Here in MD is hot and...very humid. Too much moisture makes hot weather even worse.
I'd rather have dry hot weather like that on Southern California than hot and very humid like here in MD.
