I have spasticity in both legs (3 years now). Drop foot on left foot.

Spasticity in left arm. Very little use of left hand.

I can walk about 100 feet and then I need to rest.

Anyhoo....... I do not have balance issues, vertigo, ataxia.

I don't wall walk yet. I know where to put my feet.

Do you have balance issues? If so, when did they begin?

How did the EMG/NCT test go?

That's excellent! At least you know, that it's not ALS...What are the doctor's thinking?

Neuro wants me to come back in June to see progression. Dismissed very quickly.

Sought out a physiatrist who did the emg and he is referring me to Eva feldman ot the u of Michigan. Have to wait to hear from them. I was told it could take a while.

Can't say I even care too much. All the "good stuff" has been ruled out and it all gets worse so I have no choice but to wait.

Been freaking out for a lo g time and now I have excepted
d more or less that I can't control the future too much.

Stress is a killer too.

Just wondering if balance is always an issue.

My very first sign that something wasn't right was balance problems! Weak legs/hips came right behind!

Thanks. I know symptoms and progression are different for everyone.

Have had little help from doctors but lots of help from Google.

Trying to learn things on my own.

I love to hear peoples
personal stories. It sounds so selfish but it's one of the things that gives me the most comfort.
