alka seltzer through g-tube

hi...i haven't found a definitive answer. can i get some alka seltzer into my PALS through his g-tube? if it works so well on phlegm, i'd like to get started asap.

Alka-selzer Original, we use bottled water, maybe like 1/2 cup and then flush tube with water afterwards, once a day.

hi...just dissolved two in 1/2 c water...then flushed. exciting. will do again tomorrow morning, then daily. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
