We are so glad we can talk about anything. This is all about life... we eat, we sleep, and we eliminate. If we don't we are in trouble!

I am the CALS but I know what works for me. I tried 40 prunes in one day and they didn't do a thing. Black licorace helps, and so does and apple. Yes, apple pectin is supposed to bind you up, but as soon as I eat one I run for the bathroom. A cup of coffee gives me the urge. Otherwise make sure you are drinking plenty of water and not using meds that bind you. That's my two cents.

I'm suffering from motor neuron disease [amyotrophic lateral sclerosis] from 2004 and now i can't speak, can't walk, minimum function on both hands, head is dropping down, and many other complications inclusive bowel problem. I can't push it out because of weak muscles but thanks to Senekot, it have been helping me very much.
