EMG Tounge Only

For over a year I have only had a positive EMG in the tounge. Perfectly normal in all other areas. Only real problem is speech which is slurred and seems to be getting worse. Has anyone lasted over a year with jusy bulbar onset symptoms and normal EMG's in other areas?

Barden, maybe you will be one of the few who never progress beyond the bulbar area.

A full year and it has not progressed ? There are many here that wish to be so lucky. I hope your luck stays with you.
