Mental Health professional in Maryland?

One of my PALS needs a professional, ideally near Rockville , who can help with anxiety and depression issues. I can get some sources.... but if anyone has someone they could recommend, or a particular source of such help, please let me know.

It looks as though there is a comprehensive program right in Rockville that may be able to provide the help that is needed on several levels.

They have a 24 hour hotline for folks that need someone to talk to immediately.
