Havre de Grace, MD (in between Baltimore and Phili and where the Susquehanna River meets the Chesapeake Bay).

marti and Just J, welcome to the map!

Jodi, just so you know, this map is not an any way a scientific instrument, it is merely a map of the locations of members who have asked on this thread to be "pinned". So it is not by any means all or even most of the members and it contains the current locations of the PALS and CALS who wanted to be on it. It can't be used for any kind of GIS analysis (like an exposure to toxins study for example).

I am a bit reluctant to open it up to non-forum members because it is our forum map and was intended as a fun thing for us to better understand where in geographic space the people who we are talking to live. If it is posted and updated somewhere outside the forum it takes on a whole new meaning than what I thought of when I started it.

That aside, I'm not sure how I would give it to you. I'm still trying to figure out how to change the name from Hinton AB.

If you want to talk more about his or if anyone else has any views on this please let me know.

Barry

I understand that, Barry. I know it is by no means science and is for fun, but you are right: some people might interpret it otherwise. It is great to actually visualize everyone though. Great idea!

Welcome to the map Robert. Both you and your brother now have pins and your brother is the first pin in the state of Arkansas!

So that knocks one state off of the outstanding list and leaves:

Alaska
Connecticut
Delaware
Idaho
Kansas
Louisiana
Maine
New Hampshire
New Mexico
North Dakota
South Carolina
Vermont
Wyoming

New Brunswick
Nova Scotia
Northwest Territories
Nunavut
Prince Edward Island

If you or your PALS is in one of these states or provinces (or anywhere else) and want a pin just let me know and I will give stick you!

Barry
