what is the difference

Me again, does any one there knows the difference between( pals and ALS )do they mean the same or theirs difference

Hi, John ... ALS is the sickness: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, aka Lou Gehrig's Disease. PALS stands for "Patients With ALS," and CALS stands for "Caregivers of ALS patients."
