My mother has now got the catherer. It is working out well, so far. The past couple of days she has been having more and more pain. She complains it feels like a knife stabbing her in the back and in one of her legs. She is on 800mg of neurontin in the morning and another 800mg at night. She is also taking Lortabs through the day with Phenegren for nausea. It has come to the point that she is somewhat spacey all the time. I continue to pray she will not have to suffer too much worse.
By the way, I had a dream while napping today. In this dream, my mother was sitting in a chair in her living room. The home health nurse gave her some kind of medication and all of the sudden she started talking again. In this dream, I knew what the medicine was but, of course, when I woke up I couldn't remember.....shewwwww Well, it was a good dream while it lasted.
