To AL/Wright-technical question

Al and Wright, quick question for you both.

If your experiencing fasics in thighs and triceps, plus some minor cramping in arches and forearms. If this was caused by ALS would it show up in a EMG done on both legs?

that one I'm not sure on. Wright is busy these days but hopefully he'll see this and give an answer.

If it is ALS it will show in an EMG.

Yep it would have shown up on the EMG, or at least you would have had a poor clinical exam, at the very very least.. You would not of got a clean bill, not even a little one.
