I have had neck problems long before als. I don't know if its als related, but I started getting a lumpy feeling in my throat in the adam's apple area. anyway I started going to theropy for my neck pain. Ended up gettig a home neck traction unit. It really helps that lumpy feeling. Just thought I would share incase there are others having the same problem.
