Whole body cramps

Anyone else experience these? I just started having them a couple of weeks ago and only when I sleep. Not really painful but you whole body head to toe just locks up for 5 or 6 seconds.

I have them When I go from seated to laying flat. As you said they are not painful, in fact they feel good.
