Feet & Hands are numbed every night

Hi,

Recently I can't get a good sleep. I wake up 2 - 3 times each night because I am still trying to get used to with Trilogy machine and chin strip for dry mouth. Every time I wake up, my feet and hands are numbed. Any idea?
