Liquid Hope To avoid diarrhea

I’ve had severe diarrhea with two differenT formulas. Now, someone has recommended I try Liquid Hope. Have any of you used it?

I've heard good things, only issue is people have reported it is really thick and can be hard to get through the tube. I stopped using jevity and switched to Kate Farms, which, like Liquid Hope, is made from real food ingredients. I only supplement and still eat a lot by mouth, but I did feel the switch reduced tummy discomfort.

You can also invest in a good blender and just make your own?

I am allergic to nuts so liquid hope won't work for me. I also am on Kate Farms.
