Hospice Care Meeting

Hospice has requested a care meeting for this upcoming Monday. Any ideas on what they go over during a care meeting or things I should have prepared for it???? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Every agency is a little different, but I would make sure your preferences and his are explicitly on the agenda -- how he and you want to play this out, what the ideal passage looks like, what your priorities are and how much responsibility you are willing to personally assume. In other words, be very upfront so they are not guessing or assuming anything, to partner for the best result.
