Milk of Magnesia

Hi again, I bought the milk of magnesia today for constipation. Maybe this is a stupid question, how often should I take it. Every day? I usually only have a bowel movement every 3rd or 4th day normally. Also, I really want to read your comments on this and other problems. I do not know how to get into the thread responses unless I post a new thread. Is this the only way?
