Before i was diagnosed with als, i had no problems in mobility. desert, north pole, whatever...
now, when temperature falls to app +5 degrees celzius, i can not move. few steps, and that is all. dont even thinking about snow and ice.

is it specific for me, or everybody feels the same?

i seem to be the only one having als in my country, so i have noone to ask.

Cold temps make everything about movement harder for me also. Your not alone there.
Good luck to ya.

I live in Colorado, so far this year the weather has been mild. But when the temperature does dip it definitely has an effect on me.

Same here (except in Canada, not Colorado!). As it gets colder, I definitely slow down.
