chapped, irritated mouth corners

I'm having a problem with chapped, irritated mouth corners. I think it may be due to excess saliva. Has anyone else had this? Regular chapstick is not helping. Last night before bed I tried an ointment I use for my son's eczema and that seems to have helped a little.

I've been using that biotene gel on my lips and tongue at night. Seems to help

We have been using Aqua Lip Repair for my husband's lips and Organic Coconut Oil on his tongue am and pm. They seem to help a lot.

We're using coconut oil all around my husband's mouth and Blistex medicated ointment on his lips in the morning and at night. The biggest help, though, has been the glycopyrrolate the doctor prescribed in May--tremendous reduction in excess saliva.
