Trilogy setting

The air pressure on my trilogy is so high I can't sleep, how can I cut the pressure down

Does you triology have a ramp up setting where it gradually builds up pressure? If so, would suggest you contact your provider or owners manual? I am assuming your triology is a bibap or similar machine? Best wishes in getting it resolved.
