When I'm on my trilogy doing the day my Sp02 is 94 but when I fall asleep it drop to 80 and I wake up gaping for air

Hi, Max,
Your TV is set pretty low for your height, so you could try increasing it to 400 or so, and go higher if/as needed, increasing it slowly to see if that helps with gasping. The TV is the target volume of air the machine forces your body to move.

You can also increase your PS min to 7 or 8. Many PALS need at least 8.
