Your question is very very broad. Many alternative therapies have been discussed here if you want to search. In general we would say be cautious- very cautious. There are evil people who seek to take advantage of us and also well meaning but misguided people.
Stem cells may be promising. There are reputable clinical trials. There are also scams galore in the US and elsewhere. Some PALS have spent a lot of money with no results or worse, terrible consequences including premature death.
Many of us take supplements. You can search the threads. Everyone must decide for themselves what if anything to try. You can't try everything nor should you.
You might ask your doctor about methylcobalamin which for early disease showed benefit for PALS in a Japanese study. I do not know if radicut ( also studied in Japan is available in India? It is not in the US
