Low dose naltrexone

Has anyone else heard or tried low dose naltrexone , the dose is only 3 mg at bedtime,
BJ has started to take it, a fellow here in Aus has PLS and has been taking it for 12 years now with no further deterioration.

There are some threads here if you do a search. My sense is the people who report a positive experience seem to be those with PLS. I am sure you have researched thoroughly the interactions.
