Hope with Stem Cells

Kelli Boreson posted a few times here on the forum about her husband Michael and his diagnosis of ALS. I don't know if anybody here has been following what's been going on with them so I thought I'd mention it. Michael has been in a stem cell trial at the Mayo Clinic. The results show real promise. Kelli has been posting updates on a website called CaringBridge. I believe it's worth the read.

I'll add that Andrea and I really appreciate Kelli taking the time to write about the experience of Michael, her and their family going to the trial and all that it entailed.

I hope this trial can bring great success. Very encouraging response he is having, now if it can be lasting and continue to improve .... everything crossed for them!

Thank you so much. A friend of mine from church has been reading lots about ALS and stem cell research. Praying that this leads to a cure.
