Supplement wiki updated

It seems the original thread from a couple of months back is already locked, so I start this new one just to tell that I've kept working on the wiki and also received help from others. The wiki now also contains TUDCA which was mentioned in the previous thread.

The full benefit of wiki will be obtained when we have several people contributing. This is gradually starting to materialize so it looks we might actually be on our way to produce something practically useful just by putting everyone's work in one place instead of creating our own notes and not sharing. So if you have something to add to the wiki, do so. But restrain to scientifically valid data on the effects of the supplements.
