Is Creatine a useful supplement for ALS? it helps muscle weakness and neurological function
 
I take it and feel like there's benefit but I think it is more helping with maintaining what I have left as opposed to recovering what I've lost.

I take 5 grams 1X daily and an extra 5 grams on the days I work out.
 
I've read it causes dehydration
 
People say to drink lots of water to avoid stomach discomfort but it's never a bad idea to properly hydrate...
