Default Lesson Learned

Broke Max's "don't fall" rule. Dummy Frank went outside without wearing AFOs. Take care, PALS, and don't be a dummy like me. No broken parts but a little blood, and a lot of bruises and scrapes (plus a little lost pride?). Fortunately was able to get up with the help of dear wife plus all kinds on unbelievable contortions of the body. Silly and dumb on my part.

Bravo frank. I think one of the hardest things to do after a fall is to admit it!
Please stay safe, hope you heal quickly. Bruises can be just as painful as anything else whilst mending.
God bless, Janelle x

After my only big fall, my finger won't go back to normal so I can put my wedding ring back on. That's what annoys me the most. J x
