Default For pain

got a shot of cortisone near my neck muscles, which have been hurting terribly because I can't keep my head up. Neuro said it was ok if done in a certain way- has really helped.

That's brilliant. So glad it helped. Thanks for sharing. I have been wracking my brains trying to think of what to do to help my husband with his neck pain. How long will the shot last?

Very interesting. I will let my dad know as he has terrible pain in his shoulders and a lot of neck weakness. So glad there was something to help you.
